Lixlia is absolutely amazing! She took care of everything. My mom and her husband were new to cruising and you would never know because Lixlia made sure they had all the information needed for a smooth trip. She made certain they had all the correct documentation and packed all the necessities from snacks, to medicine to right clothes and shoes for each event and activity.
